Rentals available to both members and non-members

Our clubhouse is a spacious venue located in beautiful downtown Gig Harbor with a view of the bay from our outdoor deck. We offer up a large open canvas for you to decorate as you wish. PLUS, there is an amazing list of club amenities to enhance your rental experience. We provide tables, chairs, a state-of-the-art AV system and so much more.

The clubhouse can accommodate up to 150 of your guests with plenty of free parking.
Our galley is ready for your caterer or your own preparations.

Conveniently located to nearby downtown marinas, parks and lodging.

Club rentals include:

use of tables (round and rectangular) and chairs
use of bar area, commercial ice-maker
use of commercial kitchen, including industrial level gas stove, oven, warmer ovens
use of dinnerware, silverware, coffee cups, coffee makers, and commercial refrigerator
use of commercial level dishwasher - carefully follow instructions posted
Renters may hire a caterer or they may self-cater
Audio-Visual system includes 75” flat screen TV and an Overhead Wide Screen Projection System
Multiple HDMI inputs, Bluetooth-enabled audio system, supports ipod/iphone direct connect
Bring your own laptop as needed for presentations, or utilize your own memory source
Entire venue is handicap accessible

Insurance Information

Weekend Rentals - (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Full day rental fee - $2600
Standard cleaning fee - $150
Partial Cleaning fee (NO use of the galley/bar) - $75
Refundable Damage/Extra Cleaning deposit - $400

Weekday Rental - (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

For events up to 4 hours the Rental Fee is $500
For events exceeding 4 hours, $100.00 per additional hour is charged for use, up to $800.
For events using the galley/bar areas with food preparation, a standard cleaning fee of $150 is charged. If no use of the galley/bar area, a $75 cleaning fee will be charged.
A refundable Damage/Extra Cleaning deposit for all weekday rentals is $250

A non-refundable reservation fee of $250 along with a signed rental application is required. The deposit will reserve your date and will be applied toward the rental fee.

The remainder of the rental fee, the cleaning fee, and the refundable Damage/Extra Cleaning Deposit must be paid by check 30 days prior to the event.

An additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will be assessed if the clubhouse is not cleaned according to the Rental Cleaning Guidelines. This amount will be subtracted from the refundable Damage/Extra Cleaning Fee.

Excessive damage/loss/cleaning which exceeds the Damage/Extra Cleaning Fee will be the responsibility of the renter as deemed appropriate of a licensed/bonded contractor.
